Double Tensioner for Distribution

The RC401-0411 and RC401-0410 Double Distribution Tensioner relieves tension on the anchor insulator chain to allow it to be removed from the energized line. It has a yoke on the live side equipped with jaws that are fixed to the conductor by means of compression action, tightening each time the tensile load increases.

These jaws make it possible to fasten conductors with Ø 7.40 to 20.50 mm (2 to 397.5 CAA). The other end of the set is equipped with a yoke and chain with hook for anchoring to the structure. Special steel screws, 305 mm long and with a single trunnion, allow the assembly to be evenly tensioned.

COMPOSITION OF THE SET
Double tensioners for distribution are supplied with the following components:
– 02 RITZGLAS® rods Ø 32 mm, allowing adjustment of the yoke via the 05 steel pins on each rod and adjustment every 152 mm.
– 01 FLV12239-1 yoke to anchor the set to the structure via the chain (RM19239-1). 01 FLV12192-1 yoke to install on the energized side.
– 01 FLV12239-1 yoke to anchor the set to the structure using the chain (RM1942), which comes with the set.
– 02 RE401-1998 tensioning screws (305 mm).
– 02 RE401-2068 single trunnions. Tensioning bolts, trunnions and yokes can be purchased separately as spare parts.
