Auxiliary Crossarm

Equipment used in construction or maintenance for handling conductors in operations of replacement of crossarms, insulators or poles in short spans of medium-voltage overhead networks up to 15 kV phase-to-phase.

For models RH4862-6, RH4862-8 and RH4862-51, it is necessary to complement with two saddles (FLV4740-5W) to install the auxiliary crossarm mast to the pole. The saddles must be purchased separately.

It has a load capacity of 272 daN (600 lb) with the four conductors in balance and 68 daN (150 lb) in each clamp, under unbalanced condition.

Adjustable Saddle: Compatible with rectangular booms of various sizes and hexagonal booms (with the use of additional shims, according to the equipment model). Inclination Adjustment with 7 Positions: Allows precise adjustment of the crossarm angle in relation to the conductors.

Set composed of: 02 Mast Support Poles: Manufactured in RITZGLAS® tube, offer high rigidity and support to the set; Clamps with Rollers RC400-0268 (opening 1-3/4″) or RC400-0269 (with insulator opening 2″): Ensures stability and safety during conductor handling.
