It is used as an attachment point for pulling the rod with the aid of a hook, which is connected to the eye of the ring collar. This arrangement aligns the traction forces with the bar pole, helping to lift heavy conductors back to their original position.
The collar is made of aluminum alloy, with the collar ring, tightening screw and butterfly nut made of bronze alloy.
The inner walls of the collar are lined with stainless steel foil, protecting the surface of the stick from mechanical damage.
The collar consists of two halves, which are opened for coupling and fixing to the pole by tightening the butterfly nut fitted to one of the collar flaps.
The butterfly nut device is spring-loaded, making it easy, quick and safe to operate the collar.
