Position:

Product Development Analyst (R&D)

Requirements (Click to view):

  • Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering;
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks software;
  • Knowledge of machinery, equipment and instrument projects;
  • Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis; and
  • Intermediate Office package.

Main responsibilities (Click to view):

  • Developing projects/products and proposing improvements;
  • Monitoring laboratory tests and the manufacture of prototypes;

    Main responsibilities (Click to view):

    • Negotiate direct and indirect materials and/or services and return to the requester;

    • Support the Quality sector in replacing and/or returning non-conforming materials and services; and

        • Inspecting items, components and raw materials on receipt of materials, ensuring the quality of materials assigned to products;
        • Participating in the control and management of measuring and control equipment;
        • Carrying out external inspections with suppliers;
        • Monitoring customer inspections; and
        • Participating in the preparation of inspection and testing procedures and instructions applied to product and component quality processes.

          PCP Analyst

          • University degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar;

          • Technical Drawing Reading and Interpretation (desirable); and
          • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Production Chain and Inventory (desirable).

          Main responsibilities (Click to view):

          • Planning production lines;
          • Analyzing item specifications for delivery of orders to customers, issuing production orders and purchase orders, in order to maintain compliance with established delivery deadlines;
          • Drawing up and monitoring KPIs and proposing alternatives for improving activities;
          • Look for alternative ways of using materials;
          • Carrying out the physical and accounting inventory when necessary.

            S&OP Analyst

            Main responsibilities (Click to view):

            • Developing statistical demand forecasting models;
            • Analyze statistical demand plans and propose adjustments according to indicator analyses;
            • Generate demand planning KPIs and performance reports;
            • Support collaborating areas in order to increase the accuracy of the Demand Plan;
            • Carry out root cause analysis of plan deviations;
            • Ensuring that activities are carried out within the deadlines set in the S&OP calendar; and
            • Identify opportunities and risks in the Demand Plan.

              Position:

              Conventional Milling Machine

              Requirements (Click to view):

              • Technical course in toolmaking or machining;
              • Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings.
              • Basic mechanical and/or electrical skills.

              Main responsibilities (Click to view):

              • Operating machines to make product components for production lines, according to drawings and instructions received;
              • Preparing and adjusting the machine in terms of speed, cutting angles and appropriate tolerances, controlling the feed of the tool, moving the carriage accurately, regulating the cutting fluid, among other measures necessary for the operation;
              • Machining parts of varying precision and complexity, using drawings or sketches, as well as making all the tooling used on the machine.

                Mechanical turner
