Reel
Reel
Essential equipment for moving and lifting loads in construction and maintenance work on electrical and telephone installations.
The two versions of hooks available (drawn or forged steel) make it easy to fix the reels in place.
The body and pulley are made of heat-treated aluminum alloy and have a folding device to allow the quick-joint service rope to be inserted onto the pulley.
The RC417-6067 and R2230-1 have forged steel hooks with a safety catch and the R2230-2 has a drawn steel hook without a safety catch.
The rope hook is made of stainless steel and is designed to make lifting loads or tools easier. It has two holes for attaching the rope and its tip is slightly curved to make it easier to insert tools.
NOTES
– For safety reasons, hoisted equipment must always be seated on the hook bed when being transported.
– The reel holder (RM1979) is made of angle brackets, forged steel eyebolts with a continuous swivel to support the reel, bronze claws, two steel screws and butterfly nuts to attach it to the metal structure.
– The five holes in the reel holder allow it to be fitted to metal structures of different sizes.
