Protected Clamp
Suitable for working on energized installations up to 36 kV, using the contact method. Its electrical connection to the conductor is made by manually twisting the clamp closed and open, which will hold it firmly and securely to the conductor.
It is connected to the jumper cable via a copper terminal, which must be purchased separately.
The body of the clamp is made of transparent or orange thermoplastic protection and the jaws are made of bronze alloy.
This tool can be used with cable gauges ranging from 2 AWG to 4/0 AWG.
