This static grounding set is designed to reliably remove the static charge in de-energized systems, such as: connection terminals and conductors in transformers or generators.
To operate this tool, first connect the earth clamp to a safe earth point.
Then, using the copper hook, install the rod at the point where the system’s static charge is to be discharged.
When completing the maintenance, use the same sequential procedure as for the installation, but in the opposite direction. In other words: first remove the earth rod from the work point and then disconnect the earth clamp.
