Signaling BallsSimple extendable ladders, with stringers (oblong shape) and rungs (round with anti-slip), made from RITZGLAS® tubes.
They are finished in polyurethane enamel paint and have a backrest strap made of rubber-coated nylon, movable or fixed shoes with non-slip rubber, complying with category IA of the ANSI A14.5 standard.
The extendable models have nylon pulleys (for smooth sliding of the parts), metal rings on the base rungs, steel ratchets and
plastic-coated side guides.
These ladders are intended for maintenance on de-energized structures, or at most up to 15 kV using the distance working method (with the use of
insulating poles).
In the case of maintenance up to 15 kV (using the contact working method) we recommend the use of double stringer ladders with the FLV14717-1 insulating ladder spacer (see specific page for these products).
Nominal working capacity: 136 daN (300 lb)
