HYDRAULIC COMPRESSION CRIMPING (12 TON)
Ritz hydraulic compression crimpers provide safe, consistent crimping for connectors, compression splices and terminals, with 12 tons of force and compatibility with U and Hexagonal dies. Forged steel die heads ensure outstanding mechanical strength, while the wide jaw opening provides easy access to confined working areas. Electro-hydraulic models are supplied with two batteries and a charger.

Electro-Hydraulic Compression Crimpers
Designed for high productivity and repetitive crimping operations, these tools feature fast advance and automatic return at the end of each crimping cycle. The forged steel die head provides a 350° swivel and a lifting eye for shoulder straps. Compatible with 12-ton dies (not included). Supplied with two Makita 18V 5.0Ah Li-ion (BL1850B) batteries and a compatible charger.

FVR31598 Interchangeable Dies
Interchangeable dies for hydraulic compression installation of compression splices and connectors. Compatible with Ritz manual hydraulic and electro-hydraulic crimpers, as well as similar 12-ton tools. Manufactured from tool steel with a hardness of 38–45 HRC and a black oxide finish.

FVR32600-1 Hydraulic Pressure Gauge
Verifies the exact operating pressure of hydraulic crimpers, ensuring that every connection receives the correct compression force while protecting the integrity of the electrical network. Compatible with FVR400-12, FVR410-12 and similar models. Features an internally damped pressure gauge for improved durability and pointer accuracy. Supplied with a standard blind die set (M13) for calibration.
