INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (SGI) POLICY

At RITZ Ferramentas Ltda., located in Betim, Minas Gerais, with over 60 years’ experience in the market, we are dedicated to providing integrated and customized solutions, focused on the customer. We offer tools, equipment and components for work, protection and signaling in energized and de-energized systems, covering low, medium, high and extra high voltage.

In line with our mission, vision and values, we meet legal and other applicable requirements in accordance with the needs and expectations of all stakeholders with a constant commitment to excellence, innovation and continuous improvement.

We value environmental protection, adopting sustainable practices, preventing pollution and managing waste, with the aim of minimizing the environmental impacts of our operations. Our work environment seeks to promote the health, safety and well-being of our employees by identifying, eliminating or reducing occupational health and safety risks, including the consultation and participation of workers and their representatives.
