It has a fork-shaped saddle that fits over the distribution crosshead, so you can use jibs or hand ropes to hoist the conductors over their insulators.
The RH20 and RT400-0870 saddles can be reversed and have a removable galvanized steel pin for a better fit over the crosshead.
